Inputting data in XRQA is straight forward and

along the way.
Click on the "QA Tests" in the top menu and you will be presented
by a screen containg a list of all tests available on XRQA.
This screen allows you to choose the type of equipment and type
of test you would like to input data for.
Option 1 - By Test Type
Simply click on the equipment type like "General Tube" and
then choose from the available list of tests like "Outputs".
You will see a list of all equipment that you can you can do
the particular test, then click the "Start Test" next to the
equipment name to proceed to the test
Option 2 -
If you prefer you can use the "By Department" option in the tests
This will bring you a simple search screen
where you can explore the rooms within the departments in your
hospital. And by choosing a room you will be presented with a
list of all relevant equipment in that particular room.
Choose the piece of equipment you want to test and
then the type of test you are conducting to proceed to the test

To view a full list of equipment you can also
use the "Find Equipment" option
We have included a special feature
that you may find helpful when conducting QA
If you are unable to immediately input
the test data into XRQA because you don't have
access to a computer, you can use the "Test
Form" facility to print out mini forms
for the relevant tests and note the readings.
Once you have computer access you can use the
notes to input data in XRQA.
Depending on the section i.e. By Test Type or
By Department the system will automatically generate
the relevant forms.
You are in the "By Department" section and
you choose a room in the A&E department.
If you then click the "Test Forms" button
XRQA will automatically generate a page containing
mini forms for every
possible test for every piece of equipment within
If you don't intend to conduct
all the tests simply untick the box next to
the form you don't want to print out and it will
be automatically removed.
